Clients select a meal package and choose from our menu options.

Email us if you need to update your clients' meal plans before Thursday at 5 PM.
WHAT SHOULD i EXPECT EACH WEEK
MONDAY
TUESDAY
From Monday to Wednesday, ensure your clients’ meal plans are confirmed and that they have texted us with their orders.
WEDNESDAY
You will receive a reminder to make changes to your clients’ meal plans.
THURSDAY
The deadline to change your clients’ meal plans is 5 PM.
FRIDAY
SATURDAY
We’ll prepare the food, so your clients can focus on healing. Each Nutriste meal is made with premium ingredients, love, and packed with flavor.
SUNDAY
Orders arrive in insulated packaging so clients don’t have to be home to accept it.

FAQ
Can my clients see nutrition information?
Does my client have to be home for drop-off?
Nope! Clients do not have access to any calorie information or meal plans.
No! We have insulated bags and dry ice packs so they don’t have to be home.
They’ll set out the bag and dry ice pack from the previous delivery and we’ll pick it up when we make their next delivery.
Is there a deadline to switch meal plans?
We have a new automatic ordering system, so the same meal plan will be used each week.
We’ll send you a reminder email on Wednesday, and make sure to text us by Thursday at 5 pm EST to make changes.
When are my clients’ meals delivered?
We deliver meals on Sunday. If your client has a special circumstance, have them let us know ahead of time.
