From Monday to Wednesday, chat with your Dietitian to ensure your meal plan is confirmed. Then select your items for the week and text us to place your order!

THURSDAY

Sit back and relax! Each Nutriste meal is made with premium ingredients, love, and packed with flavor. We’ll handle the food, so you can focus on healing.

SUNDAY

The deadline to change your order is 5 PM. We’ll send an invoice requesting payment.

Your order arrives in insulated packaging so you don’t need to home to accept it!

HOW IT WORKS

Start working with a Registered Dietitian and have them email us to add you as a customer.

Pick a meal package and choose from our menu options. We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner items.

Place your order before Thursday at 5 PM EST. We’ll deliver your ready-made meals on Sunday.

FAQ

When is the deadline to place orders?

Nutriste uses a weekly ordering process; submit your order by Thursday at 5 pm EST.

We have a new automatic ordering system, so your same order will be shipped each week.

We’ll send you and your Dietitian a reminder email on Wednesday so you can make any changes.

What if I don’t have a Dietitian?

Check out our Dietitian Database on mynutriste.com or click here to browse our list of Dietitians.

Do I need to be home for deliveries?

No! We have returnable insulated bags and dry ice packs so you don’t have to be home for drop-off.

Simply set out the bag and dry ice pack from your previous delivery and we’ll pick it up when we make your next delivery.

A $25 fee will be applied for each bag and dry ice pack that is not picked up after 60 days.

When are my meals delivered?

We deliver meals on Sunday. If you have a special circumstance, let us know ahead of time.
